What makes our chilli oil unique?
Our chilli oils are handcrafted in small batches with premium ingredients, ensuring bold flavour and consistency in every jar. We keep it clean — no MSG, no preservatives, vegan friendly, and gluten free.
Why do we use canola oil instead of olive oil?
We use Australian canola oil because it’s neutral in flavour, letting the chilli, garlic, and aromatics shine through. Our canola oil is GMO free, cholesterol free, and gluten free. Olive oil, while tasty, has a stronger flavour that can overpower the balance of our recipe — plus, its high price would make our jars less affordable for customers.
How should I store my chilli oil?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, ensure the lid is tightly sealed. Refrigeration is optional but can extend freshness.
How long does the chilli oil last?
Each jar has a batch number and best-before date on the base. Unopened, our chilli oil is best enjoyed within 12 months.
Orders & Shipping
How quickly will my order be sent?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. In some cases, if you order early in the day, we may ship the same day.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping Australia wide for any orders over $55!

We currently ship Australia-wide.
How will my order be packed?
Each jar is carefully sealed, shrink-wrapped, bubble-wrapped, and cushioned in eco-friendly packing peanuts to ensure it arrives safely.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
As our products are food items, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your jar arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
Customer satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s a mistake with your order, please reach out via our contact page and we’ll fix it right away.
What if my order goes missing?
If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll work with Australia Post/courier services to resolve it. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund once the carrier confirms the package is lost.
